Ajith is keen on starting his own production house, say sources. The Thala has taken note of new talents finding it difficult to bag a chance with virtually no Godfather in the film industry. Interestingly, Ajith made it big in Kollywood with no film background to support him.
He has, therefore, decided to give an opportunity to fresh talents to exhibit their skills. This production house will be a launch-pad for such people, say sources.
