Vishal's Naan sigappu Manithan is all set to release on April 11th. The movie is directed by Thiru. Lakshmi Menon is the Female Lead . Both have done lip lock in the upcoming flick. The scene is being sensationally spoken in aroud the k-town.
Movie has been sent to the Censor board for certification. Censor board officials said that they can give only U/A Certification since it has Lip Kiss Scene. Vishal has sent again for review committee. Review committe also gives U/A Certificate. If the movie gets U certificate he will get tax exception but now for the kiss scene he has to pay 30 % tax.
